Farming for the Future

Poolside afternoons, sunset picnics, and spontaneous gatherings with friends. Especially delicious with Watermelon and feta, sushi rolls, or light Mediterranean-inspired dishes.

Our Vin de Porche Rosé is crafted from Pinot Noir that is grown at our Annahala Ranch estate vineyard in Anderson Valley, where select blocks are farmed specifically for Rosé production. Situated near the Pacific Ocean, Annahala Ranch benefits from warm afternoon sun tempered by cool marine breezes. This coastal influence allows the fruit to ripen slowly, preserving bright acidity while developing balanced flavor and aromatic complexity
The 2025 vintage started with ample winter rainfall that gave vines an abundance of water for healthy growth with minimal irrigation throughout most of the growing season. Summer temperatures remained below average in Anderson Valley, with very few heat spikes and cool evenings for slow but steady canopy and fruit development. Cooler temperatures persisted throughout harvest which allowed for extended ripening that reserved very fresh acidity. It was an ideal growing season for our Rosé.
