Enjoy time together with friends & family surrounded by our winery garden as you sip Cakebread Cellars wines with your inner circle.
Wine Club Members enjoy priority access to the Wine Club Lounge, a refreshed space designed with a warm, inviting atmosphere, and a snack menu available to complement the experience.
Featuring indoor and outdoor seating for parties of up to six guests, the lounge is open from 10:00am until 3:00pm, Thursday through Monday by prior reservation.

What are the benefits of being in the wine club?
When engaged in an active wine club membership and not on a pause, your wine club member benefits include the following:
-6 bottle members receive 15% off of all wine purchases with $20 flat-rate shipping on wine club shipments
-12 bottle members receive 20% off of all wine purchases and merchandise with shipping included on wine club shipments
-Access to the exclusive Wine Club Lounge (reservations are required and subject to availability), and access to purchase of library wines year-round (subject to availability)
-Complimentary Classic Cakebread Tastings for you and up to three of your guests, up to four times a year, subject to availability. Reservations are required.

Priority access to purchase tickets for Wine Club events, which include live and virtual cooking classes, special winery events and excursions, subject to availability.

How much will you charge me?
The charge will depend on which wine club option you selected. The average price for each of our wine clubs is below. These prices exclude taxes and delivery costs.

When do my membership benefits begin?
Your membership benefits begin when you take your first club shipment. If you begin your membership in between wine club allocation months, you can expect the previous wine club allocation to be sent to within 7 business days of signing up or taken with you when you visit us onsite. If you have any questions, our Guest & Member Services team will be happy to assist you. Simply call (800) 588-0298 or email us at cellars@cakebread.com.
When can I expect my first club shipment?
Club shipments are sent out or available for pickup at the winery on a quarterly basis in the months of March, May, September, and November. Before your wine club allocation ships, you will receive an email and will have an opportunity to update your contact information, payment method, and customize your wines if you would like.
How do I access my account?
You can access your account by going to www.cakebread.com and clicking “Login” in the upper right-hand corner. On your mobile device, you will see a logo in the upper right-hand corner where you can click to login icon.
Will these terms and conditions change in the future?
These terms and conditions may change in the future. If they do, we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to agree to those changes.
Shipments, Billing & Cancellation FAQs
Can I customize the wines in my quarterly allocation?
Yes! We are happy to customize your wines. We require that the total order price with customizations is of equal or greater value to your original club order. A pre-allocation email will be sent before each shipment with a deadline date for cancellation or any changes you would like to make You can use your membership login to make changes on www.cakebread.com or email/call our Guest and Member Services team and we would be happy to assist in your customization.
When will I be charged?
Your card will be charged when the order is processed, which is 7-10 days after you receive your pre-allocation email. If you would like to avoid being charged and have received at least 3 quarterly wine club allocations, please follow the cancellation steps which can be found below no later than 7 days after we send you your pre-allocation email.
For Shipping Members:
We aim to send shipments 7-10 days after the order is processed. A pre-allocation email will be sent before each shipment with a deadline date for cancellation or any changes you would like to make. If you have received at least 3 quarterly wine club allocations, you will be able to cancel immediately if you ask to cancel no later than 7 days after we send you your pre-allocation email. If you have not yet received at least 3 quarterly wine club allocations, your cancellation request will become valid immediately after receiving your 3rd wine club shipment. If making changes, we ask that you update your payment information and address within this time to ensure timely delivery of your wines. There must be a recipient 21 years of age or older to accept the shipment. The carrier will make three consecutive delivery attempts before returning your wines to us. Please note there is a $25 restocking fee for any packages returned to us.
For Pickup Members:
Will call orders are charged when the order is processed, which is 7-10 days after you receive your pre-allocation and will be held at the winery for 30 days from the date we charge you for those wines. We ask that you follow the same guidelines for customization as shipping members. Past 30 days, we ship the pre-allocated wines or wines you have customized to the billing address on file. The cost of the shipping will be charged to your account.
What happens if my club shipment is returned?
The carrier will make three consecutive delivery attempts before returning your wines to us. Please note there is a $25 restocking fee for any packages returned to us. We can re-ship the wine for an additional shipping cost.
How many shipments must I take before cancelling my membership?
By signing up for a Cakebread Cellars wine club, you agree to take at least 3 quarterly shipments before cancellation. After these shipments, your membership will renew automatically on a quarterly basis until you cancel your membership in accordance with our cancellation procedures below.
How do I cancel my membership?
We’d be sorry to see you go! However, we understand that customers sometimes want to try something different. If you would like to cancel your membership, please call or email our guest and member services team at cellars@cakebread.com or 800.588.0298, or cancel via the website on your profile page. By signing up for a Cakebread Cellars wine club, you agree to take at least 3 quarterly shipments before cancellation. If you send us a cancellation request before you have received at least 3 quarterly shipments, your cancellation request will become effective immediately after you have received your third quarterly shipment.
