We press the grapes as cold clusters to capture their bright fruit characters. A small portion of syrah undergoes minimal skin contact to give the wine a kiss of color. Fermentation and brief aging in predominantly stainless steel—with a small amount in neutral French oak barrels—enhance the complexity of this vibrant wine.
