Ingredients
- 4 cups savoy cabbage (shredded)
- 1 carrot (grated)
- 1 tsp ginger (minced)
- 1 tsp fresno chile (seeded and minced)
- ¼ cup green onions (chopped)
- 2 tbsp cilantro (roughly chopped)
- 1 tsp fresh mint (chopped)
- ½ cup pecans (toasted and chopped)
- 1 cup lemongrass beef jerky (julienned)
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 1 pinch kosher salt
Directions
Step 1
Combine the first nine ingredients in a bowl and toss to evenly distribute. Season with lime juice, fish sauce and salt. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes for the flavors to combine, but no more than 20 or the cabbage will wilt.
