Ingredients

  • 4 cups savoy cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 carrot (grated)
  • 1 tsp ginger (minced)
  • 1 tsp fresno chile (seeded and minced)
  • ¼ cup green onions (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp cilantro (roughly chopped)
  • 1 tsp fresh mint (chopped)
  • ½ cup pecans (toasted and chopped)
  • 1 cup lemongrass beef jerky (julienned)
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 pinch kosher salt

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Combine the first nine ingredients in a bowl and toss to evenly distribute. Season with lime juice, fish sauce and salt. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes for the flavors to combine, but no more than 20 or the cabbage will wilt.

  2. Step 2
