Farming for the Future

Relaxed nights that call for something silky, vibrant, and easy to enjoy. Mushroom flatbreads, cedar-planked salmon, or roasted chicken with fresh herbs shine with this delicious Pinot Noir.

Our family's cherished Annahala and Apple Barn estate vineyards, once apple orchards, are situated along Anderson Creek near the Pacific Ocean. Despite being just a few miles apart, these vineyards offer distinct characteristics: Annahala, closer to the ocean and enshrouded in coastal fog, yields a lighter Pinot Noir, while the gravel-rich soils and slightly warmer climate of Apple Barn produce a more robust expression of the varietal. Both sites benefit from warm afternoon sun and cool evenings, fostering grapes that achieve a harmonious equilibrium between ripe fruit notes and invigorating acidity. With 98% of grapes blended from across these two sites, Two Creeks Pinot Noir delivers a pleasing balance of fruit flavor, rich texture, and structural finesse.
Ample rainfall early in 2023 replenished vineyard soils and allowed healthy, balanced vine development throughout an extended growing season. Even summer warmth allowed clusters to ripen slowly and consistently, developing an intensity of flavors and fresh acidity. Before August’s harvest, warm, sunny afternoons and cool evenings let grapes develop an expressive and concentrated range of aromas and flavors.
