Live Fire Grilling

We’ll elevate the classic barbecue with some inspired and delicious food cooked over fire. Join us at our outdoor barbecue area where we’ll prepare a feast using the grill and wood-burning oven then enjoy an al fresco lunch.

At The Table

  • Grilled Little Gem Lettuce with Chermoula-Grilled Shrimp
  • Moroccan Spiced Lamb Chops with Roasted Carrots and Pistachio-Mint Pesto
  • Polenta Cake with Wood Oven Roasted Peaches, Spiced Mascarpone & Pecans

Unless otherwise noted, all classes are participation style and held at the Winery House Kitchen. Included with the class are a tour of the winery and culinary gardens (weather permitting), an appetizer reception and a three-course lunch paired with Cakebread Cellars wines. Participants leave with a Cakebread Cellars apron, a booklet of recipes and wine notes from the day, some great memories and quite often, new friends!
