    Spring Series: April 2, April 9, April 16, April 23, April 30

About This Event

Up your Game Day menu with two elegant new recipes from our resident chefs: Maple Smoked Chicken Wings with Herbed Crème Fraiche & Chardonnay Salt paired with our Cuttings Wharf Chardonnay, and Broken Arrow Ranch Venison Chili paired with our Syrah.

If you are planning on cooking along with us, the chefs recommend preparing by taking the following steps in advance:

Broken Arrow Ranch Venison Chili •Soak and cook beans •Mix together spices •Mince peppers, onions and garlic •Dice tomatoes

Smoked Chicken Wings with Crème Fraiche-Mustard Sauce •Brine chicken wings •Prepare smoker or grill for smoking •Soak almond or hickory wood chips in water •*Make chardonnay salt the day before if using or mix kosher salt & paprika •Make crème fraiche, mustard & chive
