Join Cakebread Cellars Winemaker Stephanie Jacobs and Vineyard Operations Director Lise Asimont for an unforgettable wine education experience followed by a three-course luncheon with wine pairings prepared by our Resident Chefs. This sensory experience will begin with two in-depth wine tastings – a flight of 10 white wine components and a flight of 10 red wine components – in our newly renovated Concrete Egg Fermentation Hall. You will have the opportunity learn directly from our team how our grapes responded to their individual microclimates in 2019 while comparing the influence of our various winemaking practices on the vintage. Afterward, enjoy a tour of our wine production facility, including our brand new visitor center and nine new private tasting rooms, before sitting down in our Tank Room to a luncheon designed to enhance and celebrate the flavor profile of select Cakebread Cellars library wines.
