About This Event
Andrea Nguyen is an author of six acclaimed books and her food writing has appeared everywhere from Food & Wine and Eating Well to the New York Times and Wall Street Journal. Her classes at Cakebread Cellars are always sold out, and we’re thrilled she’s joining us again to showcase a wide array of herbs and vegetables in flavorful, comforting (and wine friendly) recipes from her newest cookbook, “Ever-Green Vietnamese.”

Class is demonstration style rather than participation and includes a tour of the winery and culinary gardens (weather permitting), and a wine and food reception.
