Work (and play) alongside the chefs for the entire Workshop. You’ll take part in all tastings, workshops, farm visits, cellar tours and menu-planning sessions, as well as work alongside the chefs in the kitchen to prepare the harvest dinners. Days are pretty jam packed but it will be an experience you won’t soon forget.
