First Course: 2017 Sauvignon Blanc Napa Valley paired with Pickled Oyster, Tobiko Caviar, Champagne Reduction, Duck Crackling

Second Course: 2015 Two Creeks Vineyards Pinot Noir paired with Sweet Potato Ravioli, Mushroom Ragout, Crème Fraiche, Chervil
