First Course: 2016 Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley paired with Gamberoni Provinciale – Large prawns sautéed with garlic, white wine, butter and tomato primavera
Second Course: 2015 Chardonnay Reserve, Carneros, Napa Valley paired with La Caprese – Buffala Mozzarella with basil, seasonal tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil
Third Course: 2016 Two Creeks Pinot Noir, Anderson Valley paired with Tartaro di Manzo – Wagyu tartare with gremolata, fresno pepper, quail egg and Pecorino
Fourth Course: 2014 Mullan Road Cellars Red Blend, Columbia Valley paired with Rigatoni Bolognese – House ground veal, pork and beef with tomatoes, herbs and red wine.
