Need some inspiration for your holiday festivities? Let chefs Brian and Tom share some new ways to spice up your holiday menu—or revamp it completely!

On our menu this year: new potatoes stuffed with artichokes and Carmody cheese, a brined and smoked turkey with gingersnap gravy, roasted acorn squash with sweet chile-garlic sauce and feta, wild mushroom-leek bread pudding, red wine-braised red cabbage, parsnip puree, a fall salad with butternut squash, walnuts, pomegranates and blue cheese, and for dessert, a classic apple pie. We’ll round out our festive meal with a selection of wines from the Cakebread cellar.
