Second Course: Black Pepper Clams, Lacinato Kale, Gold Beets paired with Carneros, Napa Valley Chardonnay Reserve 2015
Third Course: Grilled Duck, Smoked Cabbage, Saffron-Cauliflower Veloute paired with Anderson Valley Two Creeks Pinot Noir 2016
