We are happy to announce this Vintner Dinner featuring Cakebread Cellars and Mullan Road Cellars wines hosted by our winemaker Stephanie Jacobs and Katie Griesbeck our National Sales and Marketing Director at Terranea Resort.

Part of Mar'sel's Farm and Vine Dinner Series, this one is sure to delight your senses. Chef Vaughan is planning his tasting menu for perfect pairing with Cakebread Cellars and Mullan Road Cellars wines.

Here is the menu for this delightful evening:

First Course: Hamachi Caesar, Grilled Romaine Hearts, Heirloom Cherry Tomato Crouton paired with Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc 2017

Second Course: Black Pepper Clams, Lacinato Kale, Gold Beets paired with Carneros, Napa Valley Chardonnay Reserve 2015

Third Course: Grilled Duck, Smoked Cabbage, Saffron-Cauliflower Veloute paired with Anderson Valley Two Creeks Pinot Noir 2016

Fourth Course: Venison, Thai Long Pepper, Kabocha Squash Griddle Cakes, Sage Salsa Verde paired with Howell Mountain Dancing Bear Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 and Napa Valley Benchland Select Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

Fifth Course: Strawberry Baba paired with Napa Valley Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc 2017
