Chef John Flagello has created a delicious five course menu to pair with Cakebread Cellars wines for a great evening of wine and food pairing with Katie Griesbeck of Cakebread Cellars hosting.

Katie is our Director of National Sales and Marketing and truly a delightful story teller and looks forward to meeting you all there.

1st Course: Szechuan Cured Bay of Fundy Salmon with Local Honey-Almond Crisp, Micro Cilantro, Breakfast Radish, Fresno, Creme Fraiche paired with 2016 Chardonnay Napa Valley

2nd Course: Spring Mushroom & House Ricotta Raviolo with Morel Creme, Ramps paired with _2014 Chardonnay Reserve, Carneros, Napa Valley

3rd Course: Duck Leg Confit with Tomato Braised Flagolet Bean, Artichoke, Cerignola Olive, Grana Padano & Lemon Brodo paired with 2015 Two Creeks Vineyard Pinot Noir Anderson Valley
