Join Katie Griesbeck at Eduardo de San Angel on Thursday, January 24, 2019 for a special wine pairing dinner with menu created by Chef Eduardo Pría along with Cakebread Cellars and Mullan Road Cellars wines.

Chef Pría is a Cakebread Cellars American Harvest Workshop Alumni from 2002. He joined with 4 other chefs as well as the Cakebread Cellars culinary team for 5 days of education and sharing of culinary ideas.

Reception: Gulf Shrimp Croquettes, Miniature Meatballs, Guacamole paired with 2017 Phoenix Rose, Napa Valley

First Course: Baked Bluepoint Oysters, Baby Spinach, Pancetta, Veloute Glaze paired with 2017 Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley

Second Course: Key Largo Dayboat Cobia, Sebastian Middle Neck Clams, Asparagus And Green Peas “Pil-Pil” served with 2015 Chardonnay Reserve, Carneros, Napa Valley
