Second Course: 2016 Pinot Noir Two Creeks Vineyards, Anderson Valley paired with Seared Venison with Black Berries, Foie Gras Mousse
Third Course: 2014 Mullan Road Cellars, Red Blend, Columbia Valley paired with Grilled 90 Day Dry Aged Ribeye and Aged Fingerling Potatoes, Baby Carrots, Grilled Pearl Onions, Red Wine Bone Marrow
Dessert: 2016 Sauvignon Blanc, Late Harvest, Napa Valley paired with Crepe Souffle with Passion Fruit Puree
