The menu for the evening's festivities is below:
First Course: Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc 2017 paired with Scallop salad greens, pancetta, Yuzu dashi vinaigrette, pickled onions
Second Course: Napa Valley Chardonnay 2017 paired with Colossal crab Leek ricotta cannelloni, charred onion cream, red curry sauce
Third Course: Two Creeks Vineyards Anderson Valley Pinot Noir 2016 paired with Duck breast Clementines, cherry reduction, Foie Gras, wild rice
Fourth Course: Mullan Road Cellars Columbia Valley Red Blend 2015 paired with Braised short rib Mole Demi glacé, chimichurri, smashed fingerling potatoes, roasted pearl onions
