One-dish cooking doesn’t get more festive—or delicious—than paella, so we’ll show you the tips and techniques for mastering this party in a pan with both rice and noodle-based paellas.
But first, as with any good dinner party, we’ll start with appetizers: a cool and refreshing watermelon gazpacho, sweet grilled peaches wrapped in Serrano ham and lamb brochettes with chimichurri sauce. Then we’ll fire up the pans to create a Spanish-style noodle paella with shrimp and calamari, as well as a seafood paella and another paella featuring chicken, pork and linguica sausage.
