Take a trip down food memory lane with some elevated takes on old favorites. We’re talking a luscious Dungeness crab melt, crispy vadouvan-fried quail, pierogis filled with potato and kimchi, deviled eggs with candied bacon and pickled mustard seeds, lobster minestrone with cavelo nero pesto, rich and decadent duck meatballs with foie gras, caramelized onions and maitake mushrooms, parsnip puree, and a pumpkin chiffon pie. Nothing can compete with a taste memory, but this menu, which you’ll enjoy with a selection of Cakebread wines, will create some fantastic new ones.
