First Course: Diver Scallops - Seared scallops finished with a lobster-brandy sauce and accompanied with a cauliflower puree paired with Chardonnay Napa Valley.
Second Course: Beefsteak Tartar - Beef, capers, parsley, onion and egg yolk served with cornichon, Dijon mustard and Baguette toast paired with Pinot Noir Two Creeks Anderson Valley.
Third Course: Beef and Spinach Cannelloni - House-made spinach pasta filled with a beef gratin finished with a rosé béchamel sauce and a sprinkle of parmigiana paired with Merlot Napa Valley.
Fourth Course: Costletto di Agnello - Black olive crusted lamb chops finished with a red wine-rosemary sauce. Accompanied with smoked paprika crispy polenta and a fennel-orange salad, paired with Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley.
