In this class, we’ll teach you how to make pasta dough and match pasta shapes to sauces. Then the fun begins as you set to work making fresh spaghetti carbonara with artichokes, corzetti stampati with sausage, tomato and clams, and the centerpiece of our menu, a traditional lasagna alla Bolognese: no heavy mozzarella or ricotta here, just luxurious layers of delicate fresh spinach pasta, hearty bolognese sauce and creamy béchamel.
We’ll round out your feast with a selection of hors d’oeuvres and a selection of Cakebread wines. We’ll end the meal with homemade cannelloni with ricotta, honey and pistachios.
