Since joining the winery in March 2020, Jocelyn leads all hospitality and sales operations related to the Visitor Center, Wine Club, Guest & Member Services, Events and Culinary teams.
Jocelyn established a solid reputation as a General Manager in the SF restaurant community, running reputable restaurants such as The Village Pub and Town Hall, known as a skilled and efficient operator with the talent and ability to develop and inspire a team well versed in the art of customer service and hospitality. Her passion for all things “wine related” inspired her to make the move into the wine industry in 2008, as the Visitor Center Manager for Robert Mondavi Winery, where she successfully ran retail operations and hospitality for over 4 years.
In 2013, Jocelyn was brought on as the Director of Hospitality at Hall Wines, leading the charge to open their state-of-the-art hospitality center in Hall St. Helena. She successfully built a talented team of wine professionals, created interesting and unique programs, implemented business development strategy, and created a reputation and following at Hall Wines in terms of unique curated experiences, enlightened hospitality and cutting-edge innovation.
In 2017, she joined Treasury Wine Estates as the Regional General Manager of their “Gems Estates” managing the direct to consumer businesses at Etude Wines, Stags’ Leap Winery, Provenance Vineyards and Hewitt. She was promoted to Director of Retail Sales and Hospitality over the bulk of the portfolio in 2018, responsible for full P&L management, strategic planning and program development and implementation for 6 wineries and 7 brands.
Jocelyn has been a Yountville resident for the past 11 years, is a graduate of Leadership Napa Valley Class 29, is passionate about supporting and enriching the Napa Valley community and is the “mom” of a Rhodesian Ridgeback Mix named Jayn.
