Give this time in the
glass and it transitions from an initial greenneww (celery,
green tomato) to a more gentle elegance. There's a calm, persistent
spice that grows out of the acidities (that tomato-like acidity
as well as a citrus acidity), giving the wine a firm, fresh,
bright feel for sand dabs. Wine & Spirits gave this wine a score of 90 points.
