It’s no surprise that our grilling/woodburning oven cooking class is a perennial favorite: what better excuse to hang out on a gorgeous day in Napa Valley than to cook and enjoy a fabulous lunch out of doors.
On the grill we’ll prepare pizzas, lemongrass chicken skewers, corn with lime and chiles, and hearts of romaine with jalapeño-lime dressing. You’ll also master the art of cooking in a woodburning oven as you prepare iron-skillet mussels, roasted peaches wrapped in prosciutto and smoked tri-tip. We’ll nibble on the apps as we cook, then sit down to dig into the rest of our al fresco feast, perfectly paired with a selection of Cakebread Cellars wines.
