Join us as we head to Sonoma/West Marin area to meet the people (and animals) behind some of America’s most acclaimed cheeses. We’ll meet at the renowned Cowgirl Creamery in Petaluma, where we’ll sample a selection of their cows-milk cheeses. From there, we’ll head to Tomales to Bleating Heart, the off to meet Audrey Ramini, who makes a luscious mozzarella from her small herd of water buffalo. Lunch follows at Della Fattoria Bakery at the Weber Family Ranch.
