To Join a Cakebread Wine Club, please fill out the information below, and you will begin receiving your two bottle shipments shortly. You must be 21 years of age to enroll.
What states can you live in and
participate in our Bakers Club? We can only ship to: AK, CA, CO, FL, GA*, HI, IA, ID, IL, LA,
MI*, MN, MO, ND, NE, NC, NH, NM, NV, NY, OR, SC, TX, VA, VT, WA,
WI, WV, WY
*The states of GA and MI require that we have a photo copy of your state ID on file before we can ship wine to you. Please mail or fax this in with your enrollment form.
